Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Subject to availability of the Products, the orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of order. Though most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 working days, there may be delay due to unforeseen circumstances and SHIVAM BAKER'S KING does not give any guarantee with respect to the timelines for the delivery of the Products. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight of your order, and your shipping address. However, we offer free shipping on order above Rs 499/-

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India. If you have a shipping address outside of these areas, please contact our customer support for assistance.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. 

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. We can change shipping address if informed before the order has been shipped.

6. Additional Information

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
