At Shivams Baker’s King, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that are unopened and in good condition. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re always ready to assist you.

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging our products securely, but in rare cases, damage during transit may occur.

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery at bakerskingbhopal@gmail.com
  • Share the following details: Order number, Invoice Image, Outer packaging, image, clear photos of the damaged product.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

You can expect a response within 24–48 hours.

Missing or Incorrect Items

While we carefully check every order before dispatch, errors can occasionally happen.

If you receive missing or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at bakerskingbhopal@gmail.com
  • Provide: Order number, Invoice Image, Packaging Image, Clear photos of the items received.

After verification, we will resend the missing or correct product(s).

🚫 Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Spoiled or Defective Products

If you suspect a product is spoiled or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Include: Order number, Product Packaging (including manufacturing details), Clear photos or a short video of the issue.

After review, we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement.
